Attendee FAQs
When and where is the show?
The Calgary Game & Collectors Show takes place on May 30 2026.
To help attendees and vendors plan ahead, the date for the next show has been posted since our last event. We carefully coordinate our schedule to avoid conflicts with other major events in Calgary and secure our venue well in advance.
The show is booked more than a year ahead, with the last weekend of May reserved for the foreseeable future.

The venue is easily accessible and located close to major transit lines.
How much is admission?
Early admission from
9:30 AM to 11:00 AM is $10.
Children 14 and under are free with paid admission.
General admission after
11:00 AM -5:00 PM is $5.
Admission to the game arena after this is up to our discretion
Please note that certain tournaments may require an additional entry fee, which will be clearly communicated in advance.
Re-entry
You will receive a stamp upon entry and are welcome to leave and re-enter the event throughout the day.
Parking is available on site, with additional parking at the adjacent
Lord Beaverbrook High School.
Overflow parking options are currently being negotiated and will be announced closer to the event.

Food and drink
Food and beverage options will be available on site, including Frankie’s inside the venue. Attendees are welcome to bring their own refreshments.
Additional food trucks will be located outside the venue throughout the day, and there are many great food and dining options located throughout the surrounding community.
What is your code of conduct?
The Calgary Game & Collectors Show is built on respect, inclusivity, and community. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, either at the event or online.
Anyone who violates the code of conduct may be removed from the event without refund.

Are trades allowed?
Yes. Attendees are welcome to bring games or collectibles for trade. Please note that acceptance of trades is at the discretion of the individual vendors.
Are you affiliated with any other shows?
The Calgary Game & Collectors Show is independently run and operated. While we are not affiliated with any other events, we are big fans of YYC Fan Fair, Collector Fest, and Nerd Sale and appreciate the work they do for the local community.
Vendor FAQs
Is this an application or a guaranteed booking?
Submitting a vendor form is an application only and does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed to ensure a balanced, well curated show that aligns with the event’s standards and community focus. Approved vendors will be contacted with next steps and payment details.
What is included with each table?
Each table setup includes chairs, one 8 ft table, and two vendor badges, with ample space for displays within your assigned footprint.
Additional vendor badges may be available upon request.
Vendors may bring custom setups, provided they do not exceed the designated space for their selected table size. If you are planning a custom or non standard setup, please contact us in advance so we can best accommodate you.
What are End Cap tables?
End Cap tables are end of row placements that offer increased visibility and require a minimum booking of two tables.
Power is extremely limited and will only be approved for absolute necessities. If you request power, you will be asked to specify what it is required for. Requests are reviewed individually and approval is not guaranteed.
Is electricity available?
Can I share a table with another vendor?
Yes. Vendors are welcome to share their table.
However, tables may not be given, transferred, subleased, or resold to another vendor without prior communication and approval from the event team. We need to know who is participating on the floor so we can ensure a safe, well organized, and well represented show.
Are non profit or community organizations eligible for discounted rates?
We are strong supporters of community organizations and non profits. If you represent a non profit or community group, please contact us directly so we can discuss whether a reduced rate or alternative participation option is a good fit.
What types of products are allowed?
The show focuses on games, collectibles, tabletop, trading cards, art, accessories, and related fandom merchandise.
We prioritize original, authentic, and licensed products. AI generated artwork, bootleg items, or misrepresented goods are not permitted.
When will vendors be notified?
Accepted vendors will be notified on a rolling basis. Once approved, vendors will receive an acceptance email with payment instructions, load in details, event policies, and a form to sign.
What are set up details?
For security and operational reasons, exact set up and load in details will be distributed to approved vendors prior to the show.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
All vendor fees are non refundable unless otherwise stated. In rare cases where the event must be altered or cancelled, vendors will be contacted directly with next steps.
What are the expectations for vendor conduct?
All vendors are expected to follow the event’s Code of Conduct and vendor policies. We are committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for attendees, vendors, and staff.
Can I be involved in future events?
Yes. We are always open to building long term relationships beyond a single show. If you are interested in participating in future events or collaborations, please reach out to us directly.

Vendor Merchandise Policy
The Calgary Game & Collectors Show operates under a strict No Knockoffs and No Bootlegs policy within the vendor hall. Vendors are expected to sell official, licensed, or clearly original merchandise.
Limited exceptions may be considered on a case by case basis. Vendors who are unsure whether specific items comply with this policy must contact the event team in advance for review and approval. Any approved items that fall outside standard licensing must be clearly labelled as such, and vendors must make every reasonable effort to communicate this clearly to attendees prior to purchase.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in removal of merchandise or removal from the event without refund.
Parking & Liability
Parking is the responsibility of each attendee and vendor. The Calgary Game & Collectors Show is not liable for parking tickets, fines, towing, or other penalties incurred. All vehicles must be parked legally and in accordance with municipal laws and posted regulations.
Right of Refusal
The Calgary Game & Collectors Show reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who is deemed to be acting in an unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate manner at any time during the event.
Acknowledgment
Attendance, participation, or vendor involvement in the Calgary Game & Collectors Show constitutes acceptance of all event policies, disclaimers, and conduct standards outlined above.
How much are tables?
Early Bird Pricing: $70 per table
Standard Pricing: Starting March 1, table pricing increases to $90 per table
End Cap Tables
A limited number of End Cap tables (end-of-row placement) are available and require a minimum booking of two tables. End Cap tables include an additional cost of $50, with priority given to show sponsors.

I have a custom setup. Is that okay?
Absolutely. We love unique and creative setups. If you are planning something different or non-standard, just let us know in advance so we can review it together and make sure it fits comfortably within your assigned table space and aligns with overall floor planning. We are always happy to work with vendors to help bring great ideas to life.
