Code of Conduct Disclaimer

The Calgary Game & Collectors Show is a community based, family friendly event intended to be welcoming, inclusive, and respectful for all attendees, vendors, guests, staff, and volunteers.

Any form of abuse, threats, bullying, harassment, spamming, racism, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour, whether occurring in person at the event or through online platforms associated with the Calgary Game & Collectors Show, whether perceived or explicit, will result in immediate removal from the event without refund. This may also include banning from future events and removal from all associated online platforms and social media channels.

All decisions regarding conduct, enforcement, and interpretation of this policy are made at the sole discretion of Calgary Game & Collectors Show staff and management. These decisions are final and not subject to debate.

This event is open to people of all ages, backgrounds, genders, orientations, and identities. If any attendee, vendor, or guest is made to feel uncomfortable or unsafe for any reason, the situation will be addressed promptly and appropriately by event staff.

Please remember that this show is made possible through the efforts of volunteers and community members who care deeply about the gaming and collecting community. We ask all participants to demonstrate courtesy, professionalism, and respect toward one another at all times.
