Want to see if you're the very best, like no one ever was? Come and play in the Elite Trainer Open, presented by We Do Geek – Video Games & Collectibles, hosted at the Calgary Game & Collectors Show. Battle it out all day and be part of one of Calgary’s biggest gaming events!

Tournament Details:

• Date: May 30, 2026

• Entry Fee: $40

• Registration: 8:00 AM (Play! Pokémon ID required)

• Start Time: 9:00 AM

• Format: Standard

• Structure:

  • Best of 3, 50-minute Swiss rounds

  • Best of 3, 75-minute Top Cut

• Player Cap: 60 players (all divisions)

What to Bring:

• Standard format legal deck

• Playmat

• Legal randomizer, damage counters, poison & burn markers

• Completed deck list

Based on a full 60-player event

• 1st Place: $974.93
